We are a youth driven social enterprise. We believe that the world needs more people who come together to imagine, design, and implement bold solutions to today’s most pressing social, environmental and economic challenges.
That is why we provide fun, inspiring and engaging trainings as well as events that empower people who would usually not meet to collaborate radically and unleash their full changemaker potential.
Since 2007, we have mobilized more than 350 young volunteers who have organized 100 + euforia trainings and events in Switzerland and beyond. By now, more than 5'400 youth as well as managers have participated in these trainings.
Evaluations show that 6 months after our trainings, 50 to 70% of the participants have become actively involved in finding local solutions to global challenges and have turned sustainable development into a hands-on matter for their daily lives.
The new commitments that emerge at our trainings take various forms:
- More than 80% of the participants change their behavior, especially when it comes to responsible consumption, transportation or fields of studies.
- 35% join an existing initiative or organization, for example a local Red Cross or WWF chapter.
- 18% launch their own initiative (See the projects that are still running after imp!act).
- 12% join the euforia training programme and become the driving force behind our empowering imp!act events.
