As we expand our global reach, we are looking for a passionate individual to shape our future. Based in Zug, Switzerland, you’ll join a growing team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and purpose.
Your Role:
- As the Resource Mobilization and Partnerships Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to contribute directly to our success.
- You will approach and secure new resources, build lasting partnerships, and thereby amplify our long-term mission.

What you can achieve with us:
- Innovate Partnerships: Develop creative and long-term funding strategies and build innovative partnership models with foundations, corporations, and major donors.
- Expand Networks: Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing donors, and represent Suyana at high-profile events and platforms in Switzerland.
- Shape Project Funding: Collaborate with our local project teams to create tailored proposals that resonate with donors and advance our mission.
- Manage Donor Journeys: Manage donations, reporting, and donor communication while using data-driven insights.
- Shape the Narrative: Together with our Marketing and Communication team enhance partner communications, contribute to strategic marketing initiatives, and elevate Suyana’s profile in the philanthropic world.
Your Profile:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of leadership in project management, fundraising, or partnerships—ideally with an NGO.
- A proven ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and deliver measurable results.
- A deep understanding of the Swiss fundraising landscape and a robust network (or the skills to build one).
- A growth-oriented mindset, paired with the drive to take ownership and work autonomously.
- Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English; Spanish is an asset.
- Proficiency with IT tools (MS 365, CRM systems) and the flexibility to travel nationally and internationally.
- Swiss/EU passport or valid Swiss work permit, with the ability to travel nationally and internationally as needed
